Have a complaint about the service you’ve received?

We are incredibly proud of the service we deliver for our customers.  However, there may be times when we fall below the excellent standard we set ourselves.  In the first instance, we hope you’ve been able to raise this issue with your Account Manager.  But if you feel the issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction and wish to make a formal complaint, then please do email the details to customerservice@telexuk.com, and we will respond with 48 business hours.
